Long time listener, first time creator: This is Lady G’s first foray into podcasting!
Having realized her transness in 2018, Lady G immediately noticed that there was an awful lot of focus on dysphoria in all of the trans stories she was hearing. After a few years of sitting in that same state, she found herself motivated to seek out the ways that euphoria impacts the trans experience.
Fast forward a few years and she finds herself running a local, trans-exclusive group for kink and sexual exploration, and using those experiences to host this very podcast!

Mer (they/them), known as Premium Rat, is a 30 year old nonbinary songwriter and musician. They have been playing guitar and writing songs for over 15 years, and singing for most of their life. “A singer-songrwriter with punk tendencies”, they are invested in using music as a tool for personal reflection, emotional catharsis, and collective liberation. Their music touches on a variety of timeless topics such as depression, queer and trans identity, and the desire to burn all this shit to the ground and build a better world amongst the ashes. Premium Rat aims to break your heart and put it back together again.
Premium Rat’s sound can be loosely defined as alternative rock, taking inspiration from all over. They are influenced by a myriad of sounds, from the grunge and pop-punk waves of the 90sand 2000s to the queer and femme-led singer-songwriter, folk, and indie rock movements of today. their debut album – stranded on land – is out everywhere NOW!
